Ingredients:
- 200gm lobster meat (cut into small pieces)
- 500gm pineapple (cut into two halves and take out some of the fruits inside - let it be like a "bowl")
- 150gm honey melon (shape into small melon balls)
- 150gm watermelon (same as honey melon)
- 200gm salad sauce
- Decoraters - chillies, salads and/or etc.
- Arrange all the ball-shaped fruits inside the 'bowl' pineapple. Then, layer the lobster meat onto them.
- Secondly, stir the salad sauce thoroughly and keep it in a 'piping bag' (like the one you use to decorate icing cake).
- Cut the end of the piping bag to make a small hole; next press it slowly to let the salad sauce comes out smoothly and nicely onto the layers of lobster meat and fruits.
- Last but not least, decorate creatively and serve.
