Today's Recipes - Rolled Roasted Duck


Ingredients:

  • 500gm winter melon (slice into thin pieces)
  • 60gm asparagus (cut into very small cubes)
  • 20gm mushroom (cut into a very small slices)
  • 100gm roasted duck meat (slice into thin pieces)
  • 60gm carrot (cut into small cubes)
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon potato powder
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Methods:
  • Make layers of the main ingredients. Start with winter melon layer as the first layer, then asparagus, mushroom, and slices of the duck meat.
  • Then, roll them nicely and place onto a plate. Steam these rolls for 5 minutes. When they are firmly cooked, toss the water and keep it a while.
  • Next, stir the sauce ingredients in a hot pot. Let it boils. When it is cooked, slowly pour it on the roasted duck rolls.
  • Decorate as creative as you can, and serve.
