Today's Recipes - Crispy Fried Prawn


Ingredients:
  • 400gm average size prawn (or about 7-8 pieces)
  • 5 teaspoon potato powder
  • 10gm red chillies (slice into very small pieces)
  • 20gm onion (slice it as red chillies)
Ingredients - Sauce:
  • 2 teaspoon hot bean sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon soy bean sauce
  • 400ml chicken stock
Methods:
  • Peel off the prawn skin and the black line on on its back. Cut slightly on it and wash.
  • Toss the prawns, and mix with some seasonings (your preferred taste - curry, or etc.), the red chillies, onion and the potato powder. Keep it for a while.
  • Deep fry the prawns in a fry pan. Make sure they turn to yellowish color and look crispy before you dish them out and drain the oil. Toss for a while.
  • Again, stir your sauce ingredients in a hot pot until it is well-mixed and cooked. Then, you can use this as the sauce.
  • As usual, decorate and serve it.
