Today's Recipes - Salmon Black Sesame Cake


Ingredients:

  • 200gm salmon fish (slice into average-thick pieces)
  • 20gm black sesame
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 100ml A1 sauce
  • 100ml HP sauce
  • 80ml tomato sauce
  • 50gm sugar
  • 200ml water
Methods:
  • Marinate the salmon slices with black sesame until well-mixed. Keep it for a while.
  • Deep fry the salmon slices in hot oil.
  • You can let them to be fully-cooked or half-cooked; your preferred favor.
  • Stir all the sauce ingredients together and leave it until it is well-cooked. Use this as the sauce for your salmon cakes.
