Ingredients:
- 200gm salmon fish (slice into average-thick pieces)
- 20gm black sesame
- 100ml A1 sauce
- 100ml HP sauce
- 80ml tomato sauce
- 50gm sugar
- 200ml water
- Marinate the salmon slices with black sesame until well-mixed. Keep it for a while.
- Deep fry the salmon slices in hot oil.
- You can let them to be fully-cooked or half-cooked; your preferred favor.
- Stir all the sauce ingredients together and leave it until it is well-cooked. Use this as the sauce for your salmon cakes.
